Published 11/04/25Our Year 3 children have been busy in their Computing lessons this week! The children have bene working on their data handling unit and they have been creating their own branching diagrams. Well done Year 3!

Published 02/04/25Our Year 2 children have been busy in the allotment this week. The children have been learning about plant survival and as part of their Science learning they have been investigating the question 'Do bigger seeds germinate faster than smaller seeds?' The children worked with their talk partner to plant their seeds. Each pair had a different sized seed. Well done Year 2!

Published 28/03/25The Year 2 children thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Leicester's Botanical Gardens earlier this week. For one of the activities about Plants, the children had to create their own natural art using a range of natural materials that they could find in the woodland area. The children really enjoyed this activity. Well done everyone!

Published 28/03/25The Year 2 children thoroughly enjoyed their trip to the Botanical Gardens this week. The children have been learning about plants in their Science lessons and they were excited to expand their knowledge. They were able to sketch cacti in the desert house and plant their own cress in the classroom. Everyone had a wonderful day!

Published 06/03/25Our Year 3 children have been learning about their story 'Escape from Pompeii' in their English lessons. The children have learnt about Volcanoes in Science to support them in understanding why the disaster happened. Well done Year 3!

Published 06/03/25Our Year 2 children have been busy learning about Plastic Pollution as part of their story 'Clean Up.' The children wrote about the feelings that the animals in the story would feel. They also wrote about how we can help the plastic problem. Fantastic work Year 2!
