Year 4 have been learning about the book ‘Dogs don’t do ballet’. The children wrote some fantastic letters from the perspectives of different characters. Well done Year 4!

Our Year 1 and 2 children have been enjoying using their new dinner trays for their school dinners! The children have been learning how to be more independent and have carried them carefully through the hall. Happy eating Key Stage One!

Ash class have just finished reading Clockwork by Phillip Pullman! It is a carefully crafted tale which keeps you on the edge of your seat, connecting different story lines which all weave and work seamlessly together like the cogs within a clock.

Thank you to everyone that purchased exercise books and samosas during our Parents Evenings! We have raised £558.65 which will be going towards school resources! 

Our Year 2 children enjoyed looking through atlases as part of their Geography learning this afternoon! We have been learning about the importance of a key on a map and we have explored how keys may look different on a variety of maps.

Our Key Stage Two children have been taking part in a basketball tournament at lunchtimes and competing with other schools across the county. The children performed admirably and a special mention to Year 4 who came first!
