We now have a new school dinner menu and meal options provided by City Catering.
Our Year 2 children have been learning about the story 'The Colour Monster' as part of our learning on No Outsiders. The children learnt about all the different emotions and how emotions are sometimes represented by different colours.

As part of French week, our Year 3 children learnt about the life of the French artist Claude Monet. The children in Hazel class were inspired by Monet's Water Lily paintings, and they used paints to create their own representations.
During French week our Year 6 pupils learnt about thelife and works of the French artist Georges Seurat. The children painted a selection of french landmarks using a technique known as Pointillism. Well done Year 6!
Our Nursery children thoroughly enjoyed engaging in a range of activities during French Week. The children learnt about the colours of the French flag, and they learnt some French greetings. Well done Oak class!
Our Year 4, 5 and 6 pupils took part in an Athletics event at Saffron Lane Stadium. The children won 2 Golds, 2 Silvers and 1 Bronze between them. The children had a fantastic day and showed exemplary behaviour and attitude. Well done everyone!
Our Reception children have been learning about the story 'Little Red Hen.' The children have immersed themselves in the story and created their own hens using a variety of materials.
Our Year 5 and 6 boys took part in the Leicester SSPAN Dynamos Cricket event last month. Our of seventeen schools we came second! Well done to the boys! What a fantastic achievement!
Our breakfast club children have been enjoying spending time with Harper, our school Therapy dog. The children have learnt different skills such as being patient with her, getting her to sit and playing fetch with her on the playground.
