The children were learning to focus on a particular point when balancing. The children were also able to manoeuvre over a range of different equipment.

Published 04/11/21In Computing this week the children in Year 6 have been learning about Computer networks. The children were asked what communication means. The children had to write a definition of what they thought communication means on a virtual post-it note using the Jamboard software.

Published 03/11/21Our Year 1 children have been improving in their yoga lessons over the last few weeks. The children have been learning a variety of yoga poses such as: mountain pose, tree pose and swan pose.

Published 01/11/21This afternoon Bonsai class have spent some time in the forest school area. The children were exploring the Autumn leaves as part of their Autumn topic. The children explored the different colours of the leaves and discussed how they blew in the wind as it was a particularly windy day today!

Published 28/10/21Our Year 1 and 2 children have enjoyed their cooking lesson this week. As it is Halloween at the weekend the children have been using a variety of ingredients to create spider biscuits. The children used pretzel sticks to make the spider's legs, and they used oreo biscuits for the spider's body.

Published 27/10/21Yesterday our Year 4 children enjoyed their school trip to York. The children spent the day at the Jorvik Centre where they supported their learning in class by learning lots of information about the Vikings as part of their Invasion topic.
