We are pleased to reveal our brand new Nursery Outdoor Area! Craig from 'Off Key Art' used his artistic skills to decorate our wall with a range of images relating to the areas that the children enjoy outside.
Our Nursery children have been busy learning about healthy food and drink. The children have created their own shopping lists by using their cutting skills to cut out a range of foods before trying their hardest to form letters to represent each food that they had chosen. A massive well done to our Nursery children!
Our Year 2 children have been busy creating artistic representations of some famous movers and shakers that they have been learning about. They have used the cubism style of art as well as oil pastels to create their pictures. Well done Year 2!
Our Year 3 children have been learning about the Stone Age period of History in their lessons. They have created some fantastic cave paintings. Our Reception children felt so inspired by Year 3's work that they decided to create their own cave paintings during their freeflow time as well. Well done everyone!
Our Year 1 children have been busy learning about Elmer and talking about what makes us special and different from each other. The children made their own patchwork elephants using a range of materials and wrote about some of the things that make them special. Well done Year 1!
Our Year 2 children have been busy learning about the story 'The Missing Piece' by Jordan Stephens. The children really enjoyed thinking about what made them happy and they enjoyed creating the collage characters and jigsaw pieces as part of a team. Well done Year 2!
Our Reception children have been working extremely hard in their first two weeks of school. The children used a range of materials and collage techniques to create representations of themselves. I am sure you will agree that they look fantastic! Well done Reception!
Chestnut Class thoroughly enjoyed their 'Nature Hunt' this morning in the forest school area as part of 'Clean Air Day.' The children had to find 28 plants and animals that live in Leicester and use the numbers to solve a very important message. Well done!

Mr Southall has been leading a range of Sports activities on Magnus Road including 'Curby' 'Football Tennis' and 'Tri-Golf.' 
The road has been closed to everyone all day in order to highlight the issues with air pollution as part of #cleanairday2025 ! #leicester
Children in the Early Years, Bonsai Class and Key Stage One have thoroughly enjoyed their Sports Day today and have tried really hard at all the activities. The Green team won overall, but everyone tried their best!
