Year 4 Poetry Project
A part of the Spark Arts Festival in Leicester City, our Year 4 pupils recently took part in a 10-week project with the local poet Owen Craven-Griffiths. Owen taught the children about a variety of poetry styles and techniques. The children worked together in small groups over several weeks to write their own poems.
Below is the final poetry anthology that was created from poems written by our pupils as well as pupils from Queensmead Academy. Well done Year 4!
